Paper, scissors, stone

March 15, 2012

Tamasyn GambellDavid David, Design Bark and just about everything in Darkroom - there’s been much talk of geometrics and prismatic shapes  here at My Friends House lately. Here’s another name to add to the list: Nuria Mora, a Madrid-based artist who recently created this exhibition stand.

Would you look at that origami wave coming out the top? Now that’s what I call magic.

Obviously I just had a good poke around her website to see if there was anything else worth chatting about. Here’s some jazzy street art.

Imagine just how easy it would be to bodge that. IE don’t try it at home.

Finally, some art that’s crying out  to go on a naked white living room wall that I know in South East London.

Thanks – the last one is lovely. Promise not to DIY your door while you’re away x

Yes I agree about the door -it’s like you’ve got the plaque.
