On tape

July 27, 2011

While in Tokyo I was asked by certain friends to bring back some MT tape. It’s masking tape made of rice paper, available in scores of colours and lots of prints. Crafters are crazy for the stuff, as you can use it for all kinds of noodling and doodling on ‘projects’ (ie fun faffing around). You can buy MT in the UK from Nonesuchthings, among other places.

Well Tokyo crafter and blogger Hello Sandwich announces that MT have now gone into, well, let’s call it tape wall art, teaming up with wallpaper company Sincol. Have fun plastering your walls with 30cm wide lengths of plain and patterned tape. Pictures below by Hello Sandwich, from the product launch.
